- Before beginning the registration process,
we suggest you view the event floor plan and make a note of the numbers for your table preferences as you will be asked in later steps to make a table selection (Table Layout).
Pricing Structure
We now have two levels of pricing for event tables
Partner Level: $250.00

- One 8 ft. x 3 ft. table and two chairs.
- Front entrance table placement
- Wireless Internet Access
- Lite Lunch served from 11:00 AM-12:45 PM (CST) and afternoon refreshments

Associate Level: $150.00
Features
- One 6 ft. x 3 ft. table and two chairs
- Lite Lunch served from 11:00 AM-12:45 PM (CST) and afternoon refreshments

Late Registration Information
- All payments recieved after 3/21/2012 will be assessed a $20.00 late registration fee.
